• As a fractional COO (and now CEO) of a late-stage healthcare-related startup company, I systematically replaced and/or upgraded key partners and members of the Executive Leadership Team, replaced and simplified the web/technology platform to allow for a multitude of eCommerce channels, and led the firm to 4 straight months of sustained profitability, achieving the two highest grossing revenue and net margin months in corporate history in Q4 2024.
• As Director of Product Operations for a small business unit within a multi-billion dollar tech company, I automated and streamlined internal processes impacting program management, software release management, quality assurance, and technical publications which contributed significantly to increasing gross revenue from $16M to $100M in a 4-year span (a 6x increase) while growing headcount by only 10%.
