I provide coaching on an hourly basis, with preference to 90-minute sessions every 2 weeks (vs. 60-minute sessions weekly.) I find this provides the right balance of coaching (in-session) and application (out of session).

Pricing is $250 per 90-minute session, or $2,250 for a 10-session package of 90-minute sessions.

I price my services similar to rental housing: a high-end AirBnB rental in a metropolitan area during a holiday weekend costs more on a nightly basis than an annual apartment rental in the suburbs. Accordingly, I “tier” my retainer such that fewer days/week retained over a shorter contractual time period result in a larger, hourly imputed rate than several days/week retained over a larger contractual duration.

Per diem retainer pricing ranges from $1,100 to $1,365 per 8-hour workday.

New for 2025 I am offering an online (virtual), group coaching program, for cohort sizes of 10 students per class, over an 8-week semester.

This program, entitled “Operate Like a Boss!” caters to the underserved community of the “second in commands” in most organizations (the Chiefs of Staff, COOs, GMs, et al).

In this program I will teach you my proprietary operating model (OpModel) system for assessing, improving and optimizing the performance of any organization. You will benefit from my deep experience as well from those in your peer cohort (classmates.) At the end of the semester, you will feel confident becoming the “number one, number two.”

Introductory pricing for this group coaching system is $5,000/student.
